- By booking with Vacation Home Cleaning Services, you agree to our terms and conditions. We provide vacation home cleaning and related services such as housekeeping, linen changes, and restocking, all of which must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Clients must ensure safe and secure access to the property, and notify us of any pets present, which must be secured during service. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged, and we accept credit/debit cards, digital payments, and pre-approved cash payments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a flat $50 fee. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us on the day of Check-in and we'll return to address the issue at no extra cost. Any reports after Check-in date ends midnight, charges will apply at manager's discretion and task on hand. We reserve the right to refuse service if a property is unsafe or unsanitary. While we are fully insured, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly installed fixtures, or unsecured items. We do not clean hazardous materials, biohazards, or pest-infested areas. Homes that allow pets are accustomed to an addition on top of the regular clean fee of +$65. Terms may be updated at any time and will be posted on our website.
